And you must also overcome your own resistance to success.  Here are three ways to succeed at making lasting change.

DEVElop a support system

10 % off for joining with a buddy is great, but it’s not the only reason you should train with a friend.

We have seen time and time again that student’s who find a training buddy and someone to make them accountable for training, succeed more often than students who go it alone.  

Surround yourself with people who lift you up, not tear you down.  Create an environment that encourages you to achieve your goals. Set aside a space to practice at home or even, at the park.
