For students who are on our monthly payment basis, we kindly require a 30-day notice for cancellations.

We uphold a 90-day commitment policy that pushes our students to stay determined and avoid giving up as they navigate the challenges of the initial learning phase.

In the rare event that we need to cancel a class, we will attempt to make up the session whenever it is feasible.

  1. What should I wear to my first class?

If you’re taking part in a trial class, you’re required to wear a white tee, black pants or shorts, along with flat-soled athletic shoes. However, once you enroll formally, you are required to wear the official WCWC white entry-level shirt for your classes.

For colder weather, it’s required for our younger students to don their official Kung Fu uniforms for both comfort and warmth.

  2. Do I need any special equipment for the classes?

No special equipment is required for the classes. We do require students purchase their Official Class Tee Uniform and advise the purchasing of training booklets, drill sets, supplementary videos and training equipment.

  3. Can I observe the classes?

We highly recommend that you actively participate in a free trial class instead of merely observing one. We believe full immersion offers the best opportunity to evaluate whether our program fits your needs. Please note, our classes are reserved strictly for current students to ensure optimal focus and engagement.Exceptions to observation are occasionally made, particularly for children’s programs. To arrange a time to observe, please reach out to the school using the contact details provided on our website’s “Contact Us” page. We’re looking forward to welcoming you and helping you explore the world of Wing Chun.

  6. What is the class structure like?

Our class structure unfolds systematically, starting with the suitable level form for the class and progressing into Qi Gong exercises. After this, students move into group drilling and conditioning training. The cornerstone of each class, however, often lies in our comprehensive lectures that provide valuable insights, strategically followed by the essential paired application drills. These segments of the class are integral to the learning experience, as they allow for robust understanding and practical application of the theory.
