A Wing Chun Master or Sifu is an instructor of martial arts who has dedicated him/herself to learning the entire Wing Chun system and has acquired great skill and full comprehension in the art.
In our organization, a Wing Chun Master must undergo rigorous training and evaluation. In addition, they must acquire a minimum of four hundred hours of Ip Man Wing Chun instructor experience, and are required to participate in advanced instructor training courses as continued education.
The following Wing Chun Master Instructors have met all of the requirements and hold certification for full instructor in both the West Coast Wing Chun Organization and the Samuel Kwok Wing Chun Martial Art Association.
Certification through Samuel Kwok and Wing Chun Kung Fu Council as Master Sifu allows him to teach ALL levels including Master Sifus worldwide.

To preserve this Chinese Martial Arts and its Ways for cultivating and propelling each individual to realize their potential as a Kung Fu Martial Artist.
In our organization, all of our instructors must undergo rigorous training and evaluation. In addition, they must acquire a minimum of four hundred hours of Ip Man Wing Chun instructor experience, and are required to participate in advanced instructor training courses as continued education.
The following Instructors hold valid teaching permits for the year 2022 and are allowed to teach at any West Coast Wing Chun location or an independent location.
No other persons hold valid teaching permits as certified teachers in our organization other than those listed on this page.

Along with Wing Chun, Garrett has a passion for all martial arts and has trained in other styles including, American Kenpo, Shorin Ryu, Tae Kwon Do, Choy Li Fut, and Krav Maga. His exposure allows him to bring in a range of fighting experiences and techniques to work Wing Chun with and against. Not only does Garrett have a passion for martial arts, but also giving back to the community. He regularly volunteers and has set up scholarships for struggling college students. Garrett and his Kwoon’s motto are, “Respect All, Fear none”.
Certification through WCWCO as Jyun Lo Si allows him to teach levels through Biu Gee at all West Coast Wing Chun locations.

The following Junior Instructors hold valid teaching permits for the year 2022 and are allowed to teach at the kwoons noted below. They are not allowed to teach outside of that location or independently.
No other persons hold valid teaching permits as certified teachers in our organization other than those listed on this page.
